In 2023, the health tech company, IntelyCare, needed to rebrand to better position itself as a unique player in the nurse staffing industry. To do so, a complete refresh of the brand’s tone of voice and positioning was required.

Development of updated Brand Tone of Voice and Positioning Guides 


Two reference documents: one that outlines IntelyCare’s brand voice characteristics, language do’s and don’ts, and brand personality, and one that clarifies IntelyCare’s vision, mission, boilerplate language, and audience positioning. The guides are specific, include in situ examples, and can be used to shape all written content across mediums for the brand
